SPACES, the co-working home of our Bolt PR California team, is a dream come true. It rightly emulates what the Bolt Orange County team is – trendy and á la mode, innovative, connected and, just simply put, lovely. That’s why the team had to visit the newest location at The Met in Costa Mesa.
As we made our way from the parking lot to the building, we instantly caught “feels.” Immediately, Bolt CA’s PR Manager Dawn and our rockstar Account Coordinator Ailani made it a point to call attention to the Starbucks, located adjacent to the building, to Jenn, who is notorious for drinking her Venti coffee on a daily-basis.
Continuing down the pathway leading to the SPACES entrance, we noticed the unique atmosphere that bolstered creativity and collaboration. The grassy areas offered outdoor social spaces and workspaces for a variety of needs. From having the ability to change your workspace throughout the day to unwinding at recreational areas that reinforce team building, SPACES The Met was the ideal location for a well-rounded work environment.
As we moved inside to continue touring the new Costa Mesa-based SPACES, we could not help but to fall head-over-heels with the décor, floor plan and ambiance. In harmony, the team felt, “This is our new work home!” (Inserting subliminal messaging usually does the trick.)
We were ecstatic about the idea of working in the new space, so we figured we would continue exploring the location with some (hypothetical) celebratory cocktails and delicious eats. We were all excited about the food, but Ailani a little more than the rest. She was in heaven, so much so, she was definitely making herself quite comfortable already.
We enjoyed an array of delightful hors-de-oeuvres – brussels sprouts, mini tacos, pork belly tartines and other bougie eats – and of course, tasty adult refreshments.
After touring the space, enjoying some yummy eats and drinks, the Bolt CA team ended the evening with some shuffleboard games and a photoshoot to capture our extreme enthusiasm and wishful thinking.
We heard that if you really work hard for something, dreams can come true. Right?
