We’re passionate about public relations, driven to succeed, fanatical about strategy, and making things – big things – happen for our clients. Each team member brings a unique element to the table. But there’s one thing in common with all Bolters: you have to be driven, savvy, creative and strategic…and a total bulldog, so we’ve been told. These strengths combined create an unstoppable and fearless posse of PR pros.

All Bolt PR accounts are supported by team members in each of our offices to maximize reach, connections and opportunities and all Bolt PR team members are in-house professional staff.

We also believe in empowering our people and giving them the skills and education they need to continuously exceed expectations. That’s our Bolt Up program. We invest the time and resources to provide our team with ongoing professional development so we can, as you may have guessed, continue to exceed expectations.

And finally, we believe in giving back to the amazing communities that have supported us for the last 10 years. Through our Bolt Back program, we commit to giving back each quarter in each of our markets through volunteering, donations or a financial commitment to a worthy cause.

Performance Incentive Program

  • If the goal is reached, the office earns a reward
  • The offices each vote on their prize

  • Goal: to train and challenge team members in new areas and improve our skills in delivering exceptional results for our clients
  • This is a commitment by the agency to help our team members reach their career goals.
  • Most sessions are conducted as a group, either by office or agency-wide.
