Grammys

It’s red carpet season, and the 64th Grammy Awards was the latest star studded event to showcase head turning looks, special performances and big wins. Sunday night, viewers watched as the hottest names in music took to the stage. Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo, BTS and more delivered performances at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. As chart-topping artists were called on stage to accept awards, a captivating video message by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy offered a surprise, yet somber, moment of hope.

Jim Carrey’s NFTs

Comedic actor Jim Carrey announced he was planning to retire from acting. At age 60, this news came as a surprise, as he continued by saying, “I feel like — and this is something you might never hear another celebrity say as long as time exists — I have enough. I’ve done enough. I am enough.” Carrey wrapped his most recent film, “Sonic the Hedgehog 2,” which hits theaters this week on April 8. While the beloved actor may be stepping away from his craft on screen, fans can still keep up with his talents via his artwork. Aside from his paintings, Carrey is launching his NFT project, Magic Hour, which he describes as a mix of painting and spoken word.

This new research dives into the context related to user’s activities that comprise user interest profiles. These profiles are used to target ads to specific audiences based on users’ in-app activity. This recent NC State data finds a disconnect between the way Facebook’s algorithm registers the context of a post with a 30% rate of inaccuracy.
