When a new restaurant was opening up in the saturated Dallas foodie scene, Bolt was tasked with curating the right message to cut through the noise and drive customers. To provide the customized and exclusive experience, Bolt planned a VIP preview and Grand Opening weekend, full of media tasting events, influencer and on-site activations, giveaways, and even a pet adoption event to show off the restaurant’s pet friendly atmosphere. Throughout the grand opening weekend, this dining destination had wait times ranging from 30 minutes to two hours, with lines wrapped around the corner.
