In tandem with PR Directors on integrated accounts and with a team of dedicated digital strategists and specialists, you will inspire, guide and lead day-to-day creativity and strategy with clients to drive innovation & manage workflows. What You'll Do:

Develop and implement an overarching digital marketing strategy aligned with overall client business goals
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive consumption
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and report back on performance (KPI/analytics) to clients
Make data-driven decisions and adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness
Plan and manage budget across all digital channels and platforms
Collaborate closely with PR account teams and digital team members to ensure alignment of PR and digital marketing efforts and integration
Client-facing and should be comfortable leading client consultations and presentations and confidently interpreting data to help inform decisions
Ensure brand consistency across digital channels and campaigns
Work to enhance agency brand visibility and reputation in the digital space through creative campaign concepts
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development
Foster a very collaborative and innovative team culture
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the agency remains competitive in the digital landscape

Who We're Seeking:

Creative strategist with deep experience and knowledge of digital marketing campaigns
9+ years of experience, some agency preferred, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment

Summary:

The PR Account Supervisor (AS) is a primary account contact for clients and the team. Primary responsibilities are to understand the scope of the PR program the agency is executing for each client, help drive account strategy, oversee junior team members, execute the work and drive results alongside team members, and deliver regular reporting on all campaigns to measure against KPIs.

The AS also:

Responsibilities/Duties:

Develop and implement, with minimal senior supervision, the monthly account planning and activities
Be highly collaborative with team members and serve as a mentor and manager for junior staff
Establish strong relationships with, and have knowledge of, relevant media and influencers to generate awareness of client’s products, services, thought leadership, and other activities
Participate in idea-generating sessions, fostering creativity, and challenging the status quo
Identify and place thoughtful, meaningful coverage for clients in targeted high-level media, and with targeted influencers
Be capable of managing multiple clients and projects independently and simultaneously
Possess extremely strong writing and editing skills. Ability to write attention-grabbing media materials, client correspondence, reporting documents, POV strategy documents, agency and client blog posts, and other integrated marketing materials
Drive smart, tactical execution of client PR programs
Build rapport with clients and serve as a client lead and main point of contact
Understand what success means to each client, then deliver on those results

Oversees media monitoring and reporting, ensuring that all internal documents are updated with the latest on ongoing media opportunities
Stay on top of PR trends and resources
Handles basic client communication clearly and effectively to deliver updates, progress, opportunities, scheduling and other coordination
Establish successful, productive relationships with client contacts as warranted
